Self-Practice
Offering a personalised approach, self-practice class is drop in and stay for as long as you wish. For beginners, this could be half an hour and for the more advanced up to two hours. A wonderful way for beginners and advanced practitioners alike to develop their practice. Sequences will be available to follow and you can go at your own pace. Alex will help and guide you into postures to correct alignment and/or give suggestions for therapeutic exercises to build strength back into any fragile/injured areas.
Hatha Yoga

This class moves at an accessible pace, waking up the body carefully. Gentle movement is combined with active sequences designed to infuse strength and stability into your body. Emphasis on breath and body awareness will allow benefit for anyone. Leave feeling grounded, relaxed and calm.

Yin Yoga

 

Yin Yoga focuses on stillness and surrender in a way that creates spaciousness and ease in the body. Floor poses are held for several minutes targeting fascia in the hips, lower spine and legs. Mindfulness is threaded through the class as a foundation for inner contemplation and meditation. All levels welcome.

 

Vinyasa & Early Morning


 

This class focuses on attention to alignment and flow. It starts slowly to ease you into your body and gradually builds into dynamic fluid vinyasa with peak postures. The integration of movement and breath provides an immersive mind-body practice. Yoga experience and good body awareness is necessary for this class.
