This Yoga Alliance affiliated Professional Advancement Course (PAC) is aimed at yoga teachers or serious students who would like to deepen their understanding and practice of Yin Yoga. Everyone will receive a certificate of completion but only qualified yoga teachers can use the training hours (40 in total) toward Yoga Alliance continuing education and advancement.
As with any yoga practice, it is essential that time is taken to integrate this work so that one begins to start teaching from experience rather than borrowed insights.
There will be homework given between the two weekends and a 2-3 page assignment that will need to be completed and emailed to Alex after the training is finished. More details will be given during the training.
N.B. The training weekends will comprise 30 contact hrs with 10 hours of required attendance in Alex’s Yin classes — attending/observing/assisting. Reading, research and self-practice will be additional. For those of you not living close by to Cheltenham please connect with Alex to discuss how best to make up those additional 10 hours.

5-day residential retreat at Gravito Healing & Retreat Centre, Portugal
Level II will focus on the subtle body and psychological realms. Cost: £780 (translates to: €325 full board & lodging, €565 yoga tuition which includes a manual)
